Our self-adhesive Aluminium Foil Tape is a popular choice in the construction industry for pipe lagging, duct sealing, heating and ventilation. This Foil is fire-rated with a Class O certification and we have three sizes available – 48mm wide x 45m, 72mm wide x 45m, 96mm wide x 45m.

Suitable for foil-faced insulation and is durable in warm and cold temperatures.

Details

Application:

Temperature must be beween -5°C and +40°C and your surface must be clean and dust / grease-proof. Please avoid touching the tape exposed adhesive surface to maximise performance. The adhesive is pressure-sensitive and must be applied with maximum pressure to achieve maximum pressure level. The recommended performance level is reached after a bonding period at 23°C over 24 hours.

Carrier: easy-release silicone release paper

Thickness: 70 micron

Backing thickness: 30 micron

Adhesive to Steel: 15N / 25mm

Tensile Strength: 245N / 25mm

Service Temperature Range: -35°C to +120°C
