Chapter 8 Traffic Barriers

The Chapter 8 compliant Gate Road Barrier is one of the most popular blow moulded barriers on the market. We hold these barriers in stock in large quantities so we can offer them on a next day delivery service anywhere in the UK. These barriers are all made in the United Kingdom. We do not import any of our chapter 8 barriers. This means that they are an extremely durable and well manufactured product once compared with our competitors’ products. They are built to last and make a well worthy investment when our prices are compared with hire rates.

Product Dimensions

Our plastic road barriers come in hi-visibility orange and are fitted with a reflective strip. This makes them more visible in traffic headlights and is required for the plastic barrier to be regarded as "Chapter 8" compliant. The barriers are come equipped with swivel feet, which can be turned 90 degrees, allowing them to be stacked flat on top of one another in pallets up to 40 barriers each.

To connect the road barriers together you simply slot the male end of the one barrier through the female loop of the barrier next to it. This provides a quick and easy connection system that decreases installation time and doesn’t require any clips or fittings that may break over time. They are also extremely environmentally friendly given that they are manufactured using recycled plastic materials.

Our road barriers can be supplied in other colours, we hold blue road barriers in stock, although other colours can be manufactured upon request. It should be noted that for bespoke colours we do require minimum orders of 200 barriers.
