DigiNox Hoarding Pedestrian Gate - Mechanical Code Lock, 2.1m High
Steel hoarding pedestrian gate, 2.1m high x 1.3m wide, powder coated red (RAL 3020). The keyless mechanical code lock (digi lock) needs no power, batteries or keys, and reinforced Locinox hinges suit frequent opening. A personnel gate for site hoarding and temporary fence lines.
The DigiNox is a steel pedestrian gate for site hoarding and temporary fence lines, 2.1m high and 1.3m wide. It works as a personnel entrance on sites where there is no electrical supply, because the code lock is fully mechanical and there are no keys to issue, collect or replace.
Entry is by keypad code on the mechanical lock, often called a digi lock. It runs without power or batteries, so the same gate can be used on a city-centre hoarding line or a remote site with no electrics. The gate hangs on reinforced Locinox hinges, chosen for entrances that are opened many times a day. The steel frame is powder coated red (RAL 3020), which makes the opening easy to pick out along a continuous hoarding line.
- Lock: keyless mechanical code lock, no power or batteries
- Hinges: reinforced Locinox hinges for frequent use
- Size: 2.1m high x 1.3m wide
- Finish: steel, powder coated red (RAL 3020)
- Compatibility: site hoarding, temporary fencing and steel fence panels
Fitting into a hoarding or fence line
The gate is compatible with the HERMEQ range of steel site hoarding, temporary fencing and steel fence panels. The fixing arrangement depends on the line it is going into, so confirm this when ordering. At 2.1m high it sits at a similar height to most site hoarding. For mesh fence runs, the range also includes pedestrian gates in mesh panel form.
Pedestrian access only
This is a personnel gate. Plant and vehicle access needs a separate vehicle gate in the fence or hoarding line, so the pedestrian entrance can stay in use while deliveries come and go.
Typical uses
Personnel entrances on construction sites, infrastructure projects, public works and temporary work zones. The mechanical lock suits remote or undeveloped sites, and any site where a code is preferred to handing out keys. A different powder-coated colour can be supplied where a project calls for one.
