Our solid steel vehicle gates are most commonly used on building and construction sites. They fit perfectly alongside either a steel or timber hoarding system. These heavy duty solid steel vehicle gates are the ultimate access control solution, maximising site security while providing a professional and complete finish to give your project a first class image.

Our heavy duty construction site vehicle gates are very easy to install. The vehicle gate posts sits 600mm in-ground (the gate posts can be made to 1000mm if required) and are easily connected to the vehicle gate leaf frames using a simply eyebolt system. This eyebolt system is adjustable allowing you to adjust the vehicle gate until it fits perfectly.

We also offer a range of other vehicle gates. There is a lightweight mesh vehicle gate, which we can supply in a variety of widths. For a more robust, but still portable vehicle gate, we have solid steel portable vehicle gates.

Frames are made up of 60 x 40 x 2.0mm Hot Rolled Square Hollow Section.
Posts are made up of 100 x 100 x 5.0mm Hot Rolled Square Hollow Section.
The vehicle gate posts sit 600mm in-ground, subsequently they are 600mm longer than the size of the vehicle gate e.g. a 2.4 meter high vehicle gate will come with 3.0 meter vehicle gate posts.
The vehicle gate fill is a solid steel clad. These solid steel sheets are riveted together and welded to the vehicle gate frame.
The posts and vehicle gate frame are connected using an eyebolt system.
All of our heavy duty construction site vehicle gates come with a slide bolt allowing you to secure them shut and maximise site security.

Size: Our construction site vehicle gates are available in a range of sizes including 2.0 & 2.4 meter heights and 4, 5 & 6 meter widths.

Finish: Vehicle gates are normally painted (one-side). However we can have these painted or powder coated to suit your requirements, so if you do not see the option you would like please get in touch with a member of our team.
