Please note that Corten Steel, also known as weathering steel, rusts more quickly compared to our Rustic Patina Raw Steel option. Corten Steel develops its patina within 6 to 9 months, while Raw Steel continues to rust for approximately 12 months when exposed to the elements. Both options yield a similar rustic appearance, with Corten Steel offering a higher quality finish commonly used in long-lasting construction projects.

To cater to your preferences, we provide two options for your planter's appearance. Choose our Pre-Weathered option, where our team applies a Weathering Solution before delivery, ensuring your planter arrives with a fully developed patina. Alternatively, select our Weather-Ready option, allowing your planter to naturally weather and develop its patina over time.

Please be aware that during the natural weathering process, there may be runoff from rainwater and watering that could stain the surface beneath the planter. This is more prominent within the initial 6 months of weathering.
