4-Point Harness
4-Point Harness is used for fall protection in various work environments where there is a risk of falling from a height. 4-point designation refers to the number of attachment points on the harness where it can be connected to a fall protection system.
4-Point Harnesses aim to provide a more secure and balanced distribution of forces in the event of a fall. Especially useful in situations where a worker may need additional support or where the risk of falling is more complex.
Attachment Points:
- Dorsal: located at the back of the harness and used for connecting to a fall arrest system like a lanyard.
- Sternal: positioned at the front of the harness near the chest area providing an alternative connection point for specific applications or additional fall protection equipment.
- 2x Lateral Attachment Points: located on each side of the harness near the hips used for additional support and connection distributing forces across the body.
Features:
- Comes with 2x tool holding loops at the rear and 1x tool holding handle on the belt for extra karabiners and accessories.
- 2x Web Keepers located on the shoulder straps for easy placement of free lanyards.
- Adjustable shoulder, thigh straps and waist belts which are fitted with automatic and combination buckles for easy adjustment.
- Ideally positioned sit strap for comfort – cushioned mesh net for better shock absorption and comfort of the user.
