Used for various lifting and pulling applications in construction, manufacturing, maintenance and other industries.
Ratchet Lever Hoists are compact and lightweight making them easy to transport and suitable for use in confined spaces.
Due to their compact design, Ratchet Lever Hoists are well-suited for use in confined spaces where larger lifting equipment may not be practical.
Typically operated as manual lifting devices and have a lever that the operator uses to apply force and lift or lower the load.
The hoist employs a ratchet and pawl system that allows the operator to lift or lower the load incrementally by applying force on the lever. The ratchet mechanism ensures that the load remains in place when the lever is not in use.
The Load Chain is made of high-strength steel and is used to support and lift the load. It is often equipped with a safety latch to securely attach to the load.
The Lever is manually operated by the user to engage the ratchet mechanism and lift or lower the load.
Regular lubrication of moving parts is essential to maintain the hoist's functionality and extend its service life.
