Scaffolding Acoustic Sheeting
HERMEQ Scaffolding Acoustic Sheeting is designed to reduce noise transmission around scaffolding and temporary site structures. Choose from a 16 dB, 2.2m x 10m option or a 19 dB, 2.25m x 10m option, allowing contractors to select the acoustic performance and sheet size required for the project.

Scaffolding Acoustic Sheeting provides flexible acoustic coverage for projects where construction activity is taking place close to occupied buildings, public areas or other noise-sensitive surroundings. The two available variants make it easier to match the product to the required acoustic specification without treating every site as the same.
- 16 dB option – Supplied in a 2.2m x 10m roll for projects requiring the 16 dB variant.
- 19 dB option – Supplied in a slightly wider 2.25m x 10m roll for projects requiring the 19 dB variant.
- Flexible scaffold coverage – The roll format is designed for covering scaffold runs and temporary site structures rather than installing rigid acoustic panels.
- Construction-focused application – Suitable for scaffolded construction, refurbishment and infrastructure works where site noise management forms part of the project setup.
- Clear variant selection – Acoustic performance and dimensions are identified by variant, helping buyers specify the correct product before ordering.
Choosing Between the 16 dB and 19 dB Variants
Choose the 16 dB option where the project specification calls for the 16 dB variant and a 2.2m sheet width is suitable.
Choose the 19 dB option where the higher-rated 19 dB variant is required. This version measures 2.25m wide, compared with 2.2m for the 16 dB option.
The dB rating should be considered alongside the wider site noise-management plan. The exact result achieved on a project can depend on factors such as installation, coverage, gaps, noise source, frequency and site layout.
