They are also easily transported using telehandlers and cranes, making them a simple and unique multipurpose site product. Our mortar tubs are manufactured to rigorous quality standards and are made from UV-resistant material, meaning they won’t fade or become worn by UV rays over time. As standard, our mortar tubs are tested to have a safe working load (SWL) of 500 kilograms and a maximum capacity of 250 litres.

These mortar tubs are manufactured from high-density prime polyethylene with a durable full steel frame and are fitted with robust handles. They are purpose-built to survive harsh environments and maintain their superior rigidity under load. Each tub has radiused and roll-formed corners, reinforced box-strengthening ribs, and robust pallet channels spanning the full width of the container.

The high-density strength of rotational moulding and rigorous testing results in a tub with lower risks when handling mortar.
