The MiTower+ is an aluminium mobile access tower with a 1472 x 610mm platform that takes two operatives and their tools, up to a safe working load (SWL) of 240kg. One person can build it, so a second operative is only needed once the work starts. Working heights run from 4m to 8m in 1m steps.
Working height is the platform height plus 2m, so a 6m working height means a 4m platform and a 5m guardrail. The overall footprint is 1798 x 767mm on every height, and tower weight rises from 87.20kg at 4m to 164.90kg at 8m.

Build and handling
The base doubles as a trolley for moving and storing the components, which helps on sites where the tower is shifted between work areas. The tower has a guardrail system around the platform. It should be built on firm, level ground with the stabilisers fitted, and erected, inspected and used by competent people following the manufacturer's instruction manual.
Choosing between the MiTower models
The MiTower+ is the larger of the three. The MiTower One Man Scaffold Tower has a single-user 1020 x 610mm platform with a 150kg SWL and working heights of 4m to 6m, and suits work done alone. For work over staircases, the MiTower Stairs Stairway Scaffold Tower gives a level platform on the steps.

Two-person electrical, HVAC and mechanical installation in commercial and industrial buildings, facilities maintenance and repair, fit-out finishing and inspections. Outdoors it is used for façade work, signage installation and light construction tasks where a second operative is needed at height.

What is the difference between platform height and working height?
Platform height is the height of the standing surface. Working height is the platform height plus 2m. A tower with a 4m platform therefore has a 6m working height.
Can one person build the MiTower+?
Yes, one person can build it. The tower must be erected and inspected by a competent person following the manufacturer's instruction manual, and work at height must be planned under the work at height regulations that apply where the work takes place.
