Enhance the safety and security of your installation with our range of Bolt Down RSJ-Posts, each carefully designed for specific purposes:
- 560mm: Ideal for safeguarding warehouses with frequent forklift usage, ensuring effective protection in high-demand environments.
- 610mm: Tailored for low-risk car parks, providing reliable defense against vehicles and ensuring a safe environment for parking.
- 760mm: Our most popular standard Post, offering remarkable versatility. It guarantees exceptional protection against all vehicle types, including heavy goods vehicles (HGVs).
During the installation process of your Armco Safety Barrier set, it is essential to gather the necessary accompanying products to create a robust Barrier System. For each Beam in your configuration, you will need:
- 8 x Lap Bolts (M16 x 35mm): These durable bolts firmly secure each beam together, establishing a solid and resilient connection.
- 1 x Post Bolt (M16 x 50mm): Crucial for attaching each beam to a post, providing stability and structural integrity.
- 4 x Floor Anchor Bolts (M16 x 120mm): If Bolt Down Posts are utilised, these anchor bolts are essential for securely anchoring the system to the floor, enhancing overall strength.
- An additional Post at the end of your run: This post requires its own Post Bolt and Floor Anchor Bolts, particularly if Bolt Down Posts are used.
- An additional set of 8 x Lap Bolts (M16 x 35mm) for end attachment: Choose between our Pedestrian Ends and Fish Tail Ends based on your specific requirements.
At HERMEQ, we supply all essential Armco components to enable you to set up a Crash Barrier system on your site for better safety and protection. We sell Straight Corrugated Steel Beams as well as Curved Beams which enable you to find a more versatile solution to fit your site needs.
We have RSJ and Z-Posts available depending on how robust you would like your Barrier system to be and they are both available as Bolt Down and Dig-In options. Other accessories we have available are Barrier Corners, Fish Tail Ends and Pedestrian Ends to complete your Armco Crash Barrier.
