All gates are designed with fit with dig-in posts & adjustable eye-bolts to connect the gate leafs directly to the posts.

Sturdy timber hoarding vehicle gates, featuring a durable gaas design, are widely utilized alongside steel or timber hoarding systems at building and construction sites. They seamlessly integrate with the hoarding, providing a perfect fit. Installatie is a breeze, as the gate posts are securely positioned 600mm in-ground (adjustable to 1000mm if needed) and effortlessly connected to the gate leaf frames using a simple and adjustable eyebolt system. This allows you to easily modify the gate leaf height to match the contour of the ground.
Many individuals favor gaas gates over those with solid steel infill for several reasons. Firstly, timber hoarding vehicle gates with gaas are considerably lighter, simplifying manual installation. Additionally, the transparent nature of the gaas enhances safety by providing visibility of both sides when opening and closing.
Our gates come in a range of maats to suit your specific needs. The most common heights are 2.0m, ideal for steel or low height timber hoarding, and 2.4m, suitable for the majority of timber hoarding. We also offer various widths, with 5.0m being the most popular choice, comfortably accommodating two lanes of traffic. For exceptionally active construction sites with a constant flow of large vehicles, we recommend larger gates with widths of 6.0m and 7.0m.
We provide the flexibility to paint or powder coat these timber hoarding gates according to your requirements. While many construction and building sites often opt for painted gates (one-side) based on price, it's important to note that painting may result in an imperfect finish with potential running or chipping. For enhanced aesthetics, we recommend powder coating as a superior and more durable option.
When installing these gates, it is crucial to allow sufficient time for the posts to set. The common practice involves installing the posts, connecting the gate leafs, and providing adequate support to hold the gates in a fixed position until fully set. Premature removal of this support before the posts have properly settled can cause leaning.

Frames are made up of 60 x 40 x 2.0mm Hot Rolled Square Hollow Section.
Palen are made up of 100 x 100 x 4.0mm Hot Rolled Square Hollow Section.
The vehicle gate posts sit 600mm in-ground, subsequently they are 600mm longer than the maat of the vehicle gate e.g. a 2.4 meter hoog vehicle gate will come with 3.0 meter vehicle gate posts.
The posts and vehicle gate frame are connected using an eyebolt system.
All of our heavy duty construction site vehicle gates come with a slide bolt allowing you to secure them shut and maximise site security.
Maat: Our construction site vehicle gates are available in a range of maats including 2.0 & 2.4 meter heights and 4, 5 & 6 meter widths.
Afwerking bijv: Vehicle gates are normally painted (one-side). However we can have these painted or powder coated to suit your requirements, so if you do not see the option you would like please get in touch with a member of our team.
