All our road barriers are manufactured to the highest quality standards in Ireland. This guarantees compliance with the required Ireland standards, such as Chapter 8 compliance for safety barriers, making them among the most durable and robust options available. When it comes to traffic management and safety equipment, prioritising quality is vital. That's why we provide road and safety barriers that have been thoroughly tested by industry-leading utilities and traffic management companies.
Chapter 8 Barriers find common usage among traffic management companies, civil engineers, and building contractors. However, they are versatile enough to be employed in various other environments. These barriers are effective for traffic direction and segregation, ensuring the safety of both workers and the public. Their high-visibility colours and reflective strips allow them to clearly highlight potential hazards and provide the necessary protection.
Manufactured from recycled plastics, they are not only environmentally friendly but also durable and easily stackable for convenient transportation.
Our Chapter 8 compliant Road Barrier is a popular choice due to its superior blow-moulded HDPE construction. It offers exceptional quality at an affordable price, making it an excellent investment. Plastic barriers are known for their cost-effectiveness and simplicity in providing protective shields to prevent damage or harm during roadworks.
These road barriers can be equipped with either sturdy black feet or anti-trip feet with a sleek design. The anti-trip foot is specifically designed to eliminate trip hazards on one side. For work conducted in highly pedestrianised areas, we recommend using the anti-trip foot with its shallow side facing pedestrian walkways, ensuring the safety of individuals. Both types of feet are swivel-enabled, allowing easy stacking of the barriers when the plastic feet align with the barriers. By rotating them 90 degrees to become perpendicular to the barrier, they provide a stable and secure base.

Designed for temporary use, plastic road barriers are highly resilient and reusable. They feature a simple male and female connection mechanism for quick assembly of a temporary safety barrier system. These barriers employ the blow moulding method, wherein a hot, hollow thermoplastic preform is inflated inside a closed mould. This ensures consistent production, maintaining uniform specifications for each plastic barrier and minimizing quality concerns.
The high visibility colours of road safety barriers serve as early warnings for both pedestrians and road users, while the reflective strips enhance visibility during low-light conditions. This makes them ideal for safe traffic management and indicating hazardous areas during road maintenance.
