This Concertina Barrier is made from Aluminium and is available in yellow or red. This lightweight yet durable Barrier closes off entrances and exits, cordons off areas for pedestrians, and prevents trespassers from entering public and private spaces. Highly visible and with a solid metal structure, this Expandable Safety Barrier is difficult to get past and is powder-coated for extra durability and protection. Supplied with 7 frames, a pair of brakes and a pair of interconnectors.

Concertina Barrier Systems are used for crowd and traffic control. Extending out to lengths up to 4.0 Meters these systems are used at site entrances and in areas where space is tight. Easy and quick to deploy and ideal for crowd control & for implementing strict safety measures. Available in widths: 2.1m & 4m.

These versatile concertina barriers are commonly utilised at site entrances and in areas with limited space, such as the London Underground. Their ease of deployment makes them ideal for crowd control and implementing rigorous safety measures.

Our concertina barriers feature wheels, allowing for effortless mobility and convenient opening and retraction. Moreover, each end of the barrier is equipped with locks, enabling you to secure the barriers in place as needed. Additionally, these barriers are fitted with a lock and key mechanism. This feature allows you to connect multiple concertina barriers to form a longer chain when desired, and it also serves to lock the gate securely when unattended, ensuring it remains fixed in position.

Powder coated for extra durability and to clearly inform pedestrians. These barriers can also be referred to as Expanding Turtle Gates, Expandable Safety Gates, Expanding Safety Barriers, or Expandable Instagate.

Unique Clip
The unique design of the clip means that when the expandable safety barrier is closed it is held closed shut. This makes for easier transportation, while the clip can also be used to connect multiple systems together when extended.

Colours
Our health and safety barriers come in red or yellow. However, we may be able to provide them in different colours upon request.
