Our market-leading biodegradable Soil Jute Mesh blankets are open weave, pure geo-jute meshes which are used to protect seed and soil on bare surfaces vulnerable to erosion caused by wind, rain and run-off.
Soil Jute Mesh easily moulds to the ground and effectively controls surface erosion creating a micro-climate to boost plant development and ultimately decomposing once vegetation has established within two to three years.
Each Pack Size: 1.20m x 70.0m.

Research and trials have shown that natural fibre blankets or synthetic mats do not provide the overall quality and benefits of jute meshes – unless erosion forces in your area are harsh and extreme, jute meshes are the best and most eco-friendly solution available for temporary surface protection.
