Designed by firemen to aid them in emergencies this spill land boom is a one use cost effective land barrier that contains spills swiftly in order to combat chemical spills. Lightgewicht and flexible the spill land boom has puncture resistance and is sealed by knotting the end of the boom or with a cable tie.
The spill land operates by filling the two outer tubes with water. Any water source can be used to fill the tubes. The centre stays empty to prevent the boom rolling down slopes, hills and uneven surfaces.
The spill land boom is resistant to most liquids however is not recommended to be used in conjunction with strong oxidising agents as contact may lead to spontaneous combustion.
