A mild steel easy-access refuse bin that collects general litter. Consisting of 2 units: the frame and the tipper unit, this bin is emptied by tipping the liner away from the main frame, allowing it to be emptied with ease. Once emptied the bin can be locked back into place in its closed position. The refuse bin frame is designed with a cigarette stubbing plate on top. Available in sizes: 40L or60L.
